Pros

Coworkers- if you happen to work in a department with decent people it will make your ability to tolerate the unprofessionalism of upper management easier. Vacation time is reasonable in comparison to most companies, however do not bank on being closed during state of emergencies you will be expected to brave the storm...

Cons

However do not make a plan to stay here long, there is no room for growth...and your morals may become compromised. Every single review on here is 100 percent accurate, I wish I could say it's fabricated but unfortunately it's not...

Pros

you can come in when ever you want and leave when ever you want withing you assigned schedule, as long as you do the work and come around the time you are supposed to come in.

Cons

Managers promise you to be trained in a new department but they NEVER do. They never appreciate anyone's hard work. Working conditions in the NOB department are completely dirty and full of dust from the material people work with it will be of no surprise if people breath in Asbestos .

The only pro is the commute, it was only 10 minutes away from where I live.

Cons

Horrible pay, benefits, work environment, employees, upper management. This company is extremely unorganized. Prior to coming on board I read reviews about the company, and unfortunately I chose to ignore them, which was the worst they possible thing I could do; but too anyone seeking employment here please read the reviews and Do not waste your time. The reviews here are quite accurate.
