      People are very friendly. Workload is fairly easy and rarely overwhelming. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      No opportunity to move up. Not much of a sense of authority. People cut corners.

      Pros

      Earlier this year, I left for a different job which I thought would be better for me. After a few months, I realized that I was much happier here and was (thankfully) welcomed back with open arms. Management is really working on improving company morale and it certainly shows. There were many positive changes made while I was gone, which makes me even happier to come back.

      Cons

      I can’t think of any cons in. This is a great place to work and I didn’t realize it until I saw what else is out there.
