I've been here for a while now and all I can say while you get to know what the company is, you want to leave ASAP. "Regular Employees, like me" are treated like dirt, they will make you feel that they own you. They don’t value the employees at all… NO token of appreciation for hard-work. You can't grow in this company unless you are a family member. Managers loves to make you expect for something that will never happen.. for example: raise or promotion. Just an advice.. If you’re not in a hurry for a job.. Stay away from this company… If you really need a job….. Go for it, be prepared for a very high healthcare payments (biggest deduction on my salary, ouch), make sure to read the non-compete very well! you have been warned! Current employees will agree on this review
