Pros
They are quite flexible and accommodating with scheduling. The employees are all generally friendly and welcoming. You’re allowed to have headphones in while you work.
Cons
They don’t pay enough and the benefits aren’t good. In addition they tend to treat their employees like high school students. There is also very little room for advancement unless you personally know anyone in management. They often ask their employees what they can do to make working here more appealing, because they have such a high turnover rate. But then instead of listening, or reading the reviews on here, they are more prone to argue. Additionally the higher ups in the company sent out an email specifically asking employees to sign in to Glassdoor.com and write good reviews.
