Some coworkers turn into life long friends. Work Locations are centered in busy places so many options for food.
Cons
You may make some good friends but you MUST be careful as many of the workers are the eyes and ears for management, Must supervisors are employees who were promoted to oversee their department when management is not around. Racist towards people of color; employees or clientele. I have seen certain people terminated for things others have done before them. Lack of training for new employees and/ or new analysis being introduced to the lab. Be prepared to be told "you're family" just to be treated like a piece of crap. There is NO SICK TIME, you must use your vacation days. Also, most positive reviews on here are written by upper management. If you are black/brown client best believe the front office talks crap when they cannot understand someone who does not have an American accent. Please just don't apply unless you have an escape plan or desperately need the money!!!
