Great training, but they worked us to the bone.

The training was great and we were put up in a hotel for a month. Felt very prepared for the job going into it

Cons

Fast forward 3 years and were doing hundreds of samples a day while new wave of 3 ornso hires complain about the work. It was completely demoralizing and felt all the pressure put on a few of us. The regional manager came in and said we needed to pick it up after we doubled numbers 2 years in a row. I was burnt out and over it. Felt disrespected and left

You gain real-life lab experience that you have to finish around 10 projects per day

Cons

Low pay. Really low pay. Even high school graduates can do the job with proper training. If you have a college degree and want to get a better job in the future, disregard this company.
