Pros

The company is an the interesting, ever changing energy management industry. Huge multinational parent company with nice offices and dedicated to helping the environment.

Cons

Many salaries lag market level and management at many levels is lacking in diversity. Strong need for innovation in the marketplace but difficult to articulate the company's contribution to marketplace change.

Pros

Flexible, my job is interesting, though many others don't appear to be.

Cons

Terrible compensation. Can't figure out senior management . . . Highest levels pretend everything is fine and everyone's great.
