Pros

Love the people at Ecova and the companies we work with are amazing. The new office is pretty rad.

Cons

We've had a lot of changes lately and it's unclear where we are headed. The only constant here is change...

Pros

GDF SUEZ has a diverse portfolio of assets and businesses that present terrific opportunity to learn and grow in your job. The people are very competent, creative, and nice. The work environment is professional and positive. Compensation is at the middle of the market, and long term incentives can make the total compensation very attractive.

Cons

The merchant electricity market has not been terrific, and the company has struggled to find ways to grow profitably. Upward mobility can be slow. Efforts to identify, challenge, and promote high potential employees are still in early stages.
