Pros

The PTO is pretty generous if you're willing to stick it out for a decade

Cons

As in many workplaces, role creep is incessant. Wage compression is also a serious issue. There is no benefit to tenure when it comes to pay, as "merit" increases have barely kept up with inflation in past years, and new hires are brought in at the same pay rate as those with more experience.
