Pros

Some nice people, decent pay, easy job, fun work events. I can’t think of anything else to write. This company is awful.

Cons

One of the worst professional experiences of my career. The work environment is toxic and unprofessional. The leaders in PDM need to work on their managerial and communication skills. If you’re thinking about working for this company...RUN! The managers in PDM are elitist and treat everyone else like they’re beneath them.

Pros

Smart colleagues who are generally passionate about what they do.

Cons

Leadership struggles with providing direction and a vision. Continual change has caused most employees to distrust management and makes for a work environment where your future is uncertain.
