ENGIE reinvented itself as a net zero energy company and is now executing on that plan. Strong culture with quality people. ENGIE is growing quickly and there is ample opportunity to gain experience beyond your job scope. Strong pay. Overall great place to work.

Cons

Tools and processes require more attention and standardization.

Pros

I loved working for Engie Impact. The leadership was phenomenal, and the company offered great benefits.

Cons

It was easy to work your way up in the department you were already in, but it was hard/next to impossible to jump into other fields. I felt unsupported in my goals to jump into a different career with the same company.

lots of meetings for engineers, no clear guidelines, unclear roadmap clarity from the product.
