-The benefits -Solidarity with co-workers about how bad it is

Cons

-Some team leads are outside hires with zero training of the teams they're supposed to be managing and their relevant tasks -Unhelpful work/life balance -Refusal to promote due to being understaffed -Minimum wage and downright disrespectful raise guidelines
