Pros

Great structure, well organized, in continuous change, focused on growing young persons and professional in the services business. I recommend gladly for learning and developing the professional carrier with acces to many professionals and much more information and challenges.

Cons

More communication, more reactive to business climat and market changes, more focused on the employees and keeping turning the machine from inside to outside, not the contrary.

Pros

Excellent plant management staff. They are very good at operating and maintaining the plant on limited support. Safety program is top notch.

Cons

Health benefits could be much better. High deductibles and insurance plan costs. Salary is lower than other plants in the area.
