Pros

Broad job tasks. Work as a true HR generalist with a wide range of people. Good people to work with in the team as well as management Flexible working patterns and allowing working from home regularly even before covid

Cons

Enforce change regularly with no real consultation process. Lack of clarity of career progression and opportunities Repetitive - each year the same things go on the people plan, and nothing gets done. Just gets fobbed off to the next year as too busy doing day to day work. High level of admin work required despite having a shared service centre who should be there to help.
