Pros

Global company with loads of potential for development. Good place for a graduate to gain initial experience.

Cons

Appalling and rather disgraceful management of junior staff. Managers made promises of supporting the progression of staff with no intention of carrying it out, to the point of blatantly lying about having passed requests on or submitted necessary forms to relevant parties. Deliberately refusing to review the salary of staff who have gained a lot of experience over the years and whose role has evolved to included much more advanced work.
