Pros

-sales team is sociable and people are generally nice, lots of social events throughout the year - company does nice things for staff e.g. free ice cream van, party on bastille day, halloween games and costumes, easter eggs for everyone - sales support team leaders are great, do their best to look after the team - company offers mental health days if you don't feel able to work - friday early finish

Cons

- high turnover of support staff makes it hard to progress as the team is always short staffed - changes are very slow to be implemented which makes the job frustrating - pay is not great and you are sometimes put under a lot of pressure from account managers - some people are very cliquey and cause drama - difficult to progress from sales support

At Engie Services, Ethics at work it's the best. They have strong values for people in the company and the work quality always exceed expectancy.

Cons

Some administrative jobs are paid a little under the average.
