Pros

Great environment and great people to work with. People are great to talk to. Flexible working hours. Very easy to chill.

Cons

No room for development except the ‘top dogs’ no recognition of people who go above and beyond job role. Was treated differently to others in the team who do the same job. Lots of back stabbing from managers when expressing ideas. Managers get paid so much and leave the hard workers out. Not had a pay review in 2 years and yet have gone way above and beyond job role.

Engie fraudulently changed what i raised in a grievance threatened my job with disciplinary's over 18 months whilst refusing to give me any reasons i even recorded the last meeting where they offered me another job then they fired me under capability claiming to offer occupational health but never following through i was passed around for 18 months, my former employers did nothing but lie i was also advised by acas to accept Engie's bs offer they also stole my holiday entitlement to make sure i couldn't get professional help and as you can imagine it just goes on and on for example i was never a member of the union but i was offered help but this person didn't help they deleted my medical and changed it so it went from state of shock and severe anxiety to depression, i asked the union rep why she did this and she told me she got it off my med certificate yet she had changed it 5 days before i even had a med certificate. If i had to guess i would say the union rep changed my grievance to diminish my former employers responsibility and the woman who did my grievance did nothing with it for 4 months then held a meeting not for any understanding but just to change my questions, example this person went on to ask strange questions but to have the meeting before the questions are asked then no follow up meeting meaning that person took fraudulent questions without coming back to me showing unfavourable treatment, it states that mental health is protected under the equality act it also states that you can only threaten someone under gross misconduct yet i was threatened 3 times without any reason along with changing everything i have said the past 18 months the dwp generally would have to make sure their contractors follow acas code of conduct the equality act or employee statutory wrights along with any pathetic excuse of duty of care, my former employers made life hell they messed with me for fun, last week my dad died i didn't get their in time to say good bye all i could think that seeing me the way i have been the last 2 years would finish him off but sadly it was my stupidity that stop me, i gave engie a chance to correct their so called mistakes and they ruined my life.
