Pros

Big building, friendly people, lots of work to keep you busy, good benefits, great company values, a lot of support to employees from management.

Cons

Software is terrible to deal with, uncomfortable desks and chairs, don't get a welcoming feeling for the first 90 days when you are considered a "temp for hire".
