Pros

The company offers good health insurance, flexible work hour (9hours/day and 4.5 days/week to most of the employees), layback environement, Okay bonus, management is open to people moving internally.

Cons

tight salary bands and once the salary reaches the high end of the band it is very hard to get good raise no matter how well one performs. That resulted in high turnover rate in the areas that SUEZ pay below the market.

Pros

Global company with good international mobility options If you do your job well, you are left in peace You have freedom to do the job in your own way, and to start in new roles

Cons

you can get new roles but rarely the better position in the hierarchy promotions are via 'friends know friends' networking, not based on your achievements strong network of managers helping eachother higher, no chance if you are more interested in the contents of your work. networking is vital for career continuous reorganisations, leaving many colleagues frustrated
