Pros

Young and dynamic teams. Management empowering employees: you really get a ot of independence and initiatives are valued. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Many restructurings due to business combinations. High people turnover as some of the employees of TPM want to get a better salary in more global energy marketplaces (London, Geneva)
