Pros

I could do whatever I wanted during the work day as long as my work was complete

Cons

HR nightmares, upper mgmt is completely disconnected, bad pay that hasn't been increased (by a notable amount) in years. They have had the same issues with no resolve for over 5 years.

Pros

-the people are wonderful, hard workers who do much more than they're paid to do -work culture is decent, has great diversity of teams, fun outings, etc.

Cons

-new leadership in Supply has sadly diminished any sense of community or workplace friendliness -people are quitting left and right, and they're not replacing the positions -the pay is low for market rate compared to other suppliers
