Pros

Good communication from higher management. Good job of conveying the goals and desires of the organization throughout the work force.

Cons

Seems to be an overly amount of European influence on North American operations.

Pros

Co-workers and immediate management are wonderful, decent amount of PTO.

Cons

Compensation is kind of laughable for this type of job, huge learning curve and job duties frequently being added with no additional compensation to reflect this.

Pros

Some very smart, capable people keeping this company afloat

Cons

Leadership. First and foremost, Leadership. Dishonest. Untrustworthy. The blatant sexism in the organization is fostered from the top down. They preach Diversity and Inclusion and none of that is happening in practice. For some reason the poorest performers in the company are continually promoted and top performers are edged out. A toxic culture is accepted because the CEO and COO avoid confrontation and the CEO is completely disengaged. There is no career pathing.
