Pros

The work is interesting and their is lots of opportunity to work on different projects.

Cons

The only way to move up in the company is by working very long hours. The company has lost all site of work/life balance. The Springfield office is a moldy old warehouse turned into offices. The company is about the same size it was 10 years ago. No growth = no opportunity for advancement. The benefits were pretty good 10 years ago but since then they have made substantial changes to make them worse. The paid time off benefit was substantially reduced so all new employees get a lot less time off then the old employees. The health insurance was pretty good back then too but now it's very expensive and mediocre at best.

Pros

Company puts employees first and treats them right. Top management listens to employees and does their best to ensure they are treated well and with respect.

Cons

Nothing negative here. One of the better companies I have ever worked for.

Don't bother with this company

Pros

Office location within city limits.

Cons

Disjointed efforts at hiring and personnel management, retention. Frequent shifts in assigned tasks, after a cross-country move to accept job doing one thing, tried to make me do another job, then still another (neither of which I was qualified to do). This led to my departure. Work for higher-echelon employees approaches 80 hours a week. Lack of leadership at corporate level marked by frequent changes to executive ranks. I would not advise working here.
