      Working business areas that cross divisions has always been difficult.

      Pros

      Great Team. Everyone in my group always worked together to get it done. Extra hours were sometimes needed but when you needed extra time off, it was given.

      Cons

      Some divisions had a hard time with communications when it came to knowing what other divisions were doing. That could be improved upon.
