Pros

ENSCO gives you the opportunity to grow within your field, is supportive of your desire to obtain certifications and advanced degrees. The environment is very collaborative and the work is interesting - many people are "lifers" and retire with a healthy 401(k) portfolio.

Cons

The communication from Senior Management can be improved.

Pros

Great Team. Everyone in my group always worked together to get it done. Extra hours were sometimes needed but when you needed extra time off, it was given.

Cons

Some divisions had a hard time with communications when it came to knowing what other divisions were doing. That could be improved upon.
