Pros
The SF/San Ramon office is full of very talented, welcoming people who support you. Lots of offices in the country so if you're interested in transferring, it's more than doable.
Cons
Philly office has a toxic work culture. Helmed by individuals who are good at their technical job, but very bad people managers. Entire engineering dept quit within 2 months of first departure. Very rude, hostile, unprofessional, does not take into account people's bandwidth for additional work. Would not recommend accepting an offer from this office.
