      -Half day Fridays -Generous PTO. No yearly cap. -Reimbursement for higher ed or PE pursuits

      Cons

      -Pretty high turnover -Teams are small and people are pulled away a lot. -Everyone's remote. Everyone's strangers to one another.

      Good benefits. Cafeteria and gym.

      Cons

      Mainly management isn't too good. They don't follow up with you when it comes to career advancement. Only really acknowledge you if you make a mistake rather than acknowledge you for anything good.
