Due to high turnover, director-level employees are 30 somethings with very little management experience and training. The company's worst kept secret is that you have to bring another job offer to the table in order for Entrust to counter and offer you a higher title and salary. It happens daily. The company is constantly doing re-orgs to (unsuccessfully) solve issues. CEO is two-faced. Kind to employees' faces, unpleasant behind closed doors. Staff-level bonuses are pitiful, well under $5-10k, even for high-achievers.

Bad work environment. Leaders throw you at jobs with little to no training and get upset with you for not knowing how to complete the task. Underpay compared to other companies. Will promise you promotions but wont happen. Dont work here if you value your time or career. Very low pay compared to other contractors and has very high turnover rates meaning you will be forced to be in charge of more than your original job description for no pay increase.
