      Pros

      There are people that can help you learn. Good 401k 4% max price matching. Good benefits. Many great employees. Good management in many areas. Good management with our customers.

      Cons

      CPS expects too much from us and is our only customer in the area because they control it without enough competition from anyone else. The contractor market is saturated in this area. We have you compete like crazy and also have times where we are looking for work.

      PTO, WFH, Deferred Comp Match.

      Cons

      The amount of nepotism is unreal. It’s not about what you know or hard you work. It’s about who you go out and have drinks with. The company overall has this issue, but Accounting (specifically) has this issue. The Accounting Department is not inclusive towards others and I would avoid taking a job in that department completely.
