They have: -Decent Pay -Good Benefits

Cons

There's a decent amount of micromanagement. The new CEO doesn't value the employees, at all. There's not much time for adding test code which makes the applications pretty unstable overall. Also, just for clarity, the CEO is no longer William R. Thomas. He is retired. He was a wonderful CEO.
