Remote work and flexible time off.

Cons

The company is self-funded and keeps pushing product development, so it is hard sometimes. But I think the products EON has are good. Wishing them luck.

None - HR is a joke and the CEO is erratic, inflammatory, and will try to diminish you in open meetings.

Cons

Too many to list - but most importantly there is a constant increase in scope of your responsibilities outside your job description. Pay will often times be late or non existent.
