Pros
Opportunity to work for a managed contract instead of solely for EOS.
Cons
HR department has a slow response, we’ve gone through multiple timekeeping processes which caused pay issues. Benefits offered like PTO, healthcare are mediocre. You don’t even accrue 1 day per month and nothing rolls over. Middle management works hard to keep their teams but the higher management and director offer lack communication, leadership and compassion.
