Pros
- A good stepping stone if you have next to no experience. - Since my team is hired to support Meta's network infrastructure, it's a great environment to learn and hone your networking skills.
Cons
- Much lower base salary compared to its competitors. - Lacking communication and transparency from management. - More promises than actions. - High turnover rate, but next to no adequate replacement which put more pressure and workload on the existing team. - No paternity leave for US employees. - Pay raise is minimal, less than 7% even if you have the best performance review.
