      If you are a career professional (10+ years) ... If you have the ability for independent thought... If you have any semblance of self-respect, this place is not for you. Zero organization. Zero management engagement. Zero team structure. IT Security & Software is a nightmare. Does not understand the term 'Standard' or "Template' or 'Process'. Can't repeat the same thing the same way, ever. '20-Something' managers might be the problem. Every client complains about something not done well... every day. Chaos does not even begin to describe these people.
