      Pros

      Meta Contract is the only Pro

      Cons

      On the Meta Contract! Management advise back in November 2023 that once pay raises were finalized that it would be back pay to November. The "measly" pay raise was finalized in late Feb or Early March. We were advised on 4/12 that we in fact will NOT be getting back pay. Whoever agreed to 100% SLA on the META contract is an idiot and made it clear it did not care of the work force.

      Pay isn't the strongest for my location, but a solid pay for other states.
