No leadership and very bad management. People love to throw people under the table. Wouldn't get paid on time nor HR was ever responsive. Rohan and Ryan are very bad managers. Unsure how they got their jobs. Even told a pregnant women she had to quit because they didn't want to offer Maternity leave which is very illegal. NO room for growth unless you suck up to the managers, which will lead to extra work and no room to grow.
