      Pros

      Growth opportunities. Health insurance is alright. People are great and work doesn’t seem to be slowing down much.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero reasons to stick around long-term. No 401k match, and benefits don’t increase with time spent at the company. You’ll work your way up and be perpetually underpaid. PTO is well under their competitors and rollover is also lower. No chance to accrue more. HR is very slow to respond.
