      Pros

      The company is a good company to get your foot in the door and to get experience in the IT field. That is really all this company is good for.

      Cons

      The company underpays you and does NOT keep up with industry standards for the area you are working in. When you are put onto a job assignment with one of their customers, you are treated as a second-class citizen. The customer that you are working at for EOS does not utilize the EOS contractors and you are left with nothing to do but watch NetFlix. I would stay away from this company if you already have experience as you will be bored out of your mind
