Pros
I have been a full time tech with EOS IT for over 6 years now and am forever grateful for the opportunities that I have benefited from since I joined the ever growing team. Not only are there good opportunities to travel on a global scale if you wish to do so but you get to work with fortune 500 companies on a weekly basis. There is a great culture within the company that if you require assistance there is always someone at hand to provide guidance. With the industry ever changing and the need to maintain certifications, you are provided with your own career development plan. EOS also offer to cover some of these expenses and provide some downtime for preperation for exams, :) Somewhere I would certainly recommend to work if you are passionate about AV.
Cons
Travelling can get tiresome at times but expected with the industries and our customer base.
