      Exposed to various situations and learning as you. However, don’t expect any support from the leadership.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, boys club, no extra pay for working long hours, no recognition and no reward. Lack of communication and unfriendly environment. No fun and they don’t promote mental health. They want you to work hard and that’s it.

      Good attitude, good salary for starters, multiple career options, worldwide jobs and opportunities, good managers, non-egoistic or hyper-inflated professional attitude, a place where you can be appreciated according to your skills, experience and scope

      Cons

      You need to be persistent, have clearly defined requirements and goals addressed directly to management to avoid not being appreciated on merit and being promoted for the effort made
