      I was ready to leave at the onboarding.

      Pros

      Medical / Dental Benefits are semi-high end.

      Cons

      Communications with the Corp is terrible. When I was laid off. They ghosted me during the offboarding. I had to find out all term information through COBRA. Never received a paystub for my last payout nor was anything negotiated on what I would receive, but they made sure their equipment was returned.

      Well, they'll terminate you with no prior warnings, write ups or coaching. Will refuse contact or access to HR or your last pay stubs.
