      Pros

      Free coffee, good teams , free breakfast. Good progression, cross team help and cross job training to get to other departments if wanted.

      Cons

      If you get a bad team or manager can become terrible along with some people being too corporate and stuck in their ways. Really kills the business mindset and stunts your own growth and drive.
