clueless management bro culture only 10 days of PTO for US employees (it's a joke) If you want to take a PTO you have to make deals with your coworkers to have your shifts covered they are against WFH even when you can do your job 100% from home low pay high turnover

pay is only slightly below average & benefits package is pretty good, company you're contracted to work for treats you pretty well

Cons

powerless and ineffective managers who treat you badly, lots of pointless busywork, no room for advancement, culture of inefficiency and passing the blame, no job security
