      Pros

      You'll work as a vendor to another company such as Google, Meta, Visa and so on, in most cases you'll get all the benefits the employees get from working in those offices such as free food.

      Cons

      You'll experience horrible management, extra work rewarded only with more work, you will only progress if you never question managers, do things their way even if it's not efficient and NEVER question them.

      Cohesive team structure with affable coworkers enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      No clear direction on how to drive my role to better success. Lack of tasks, projects will label you as poor performer; was terminated without a PIP or other proper warning.
