      Short notice travel No work - life balance Wages are not exactly industry competitive High staff turnover The daily rate could be improved while travelling £20 per day doesn't get you far in Europe for meals

      Pros

      Wow, hard to pick Pro's, yeah you get to work some big tech brands, some further training initiatives if you know the right people.

      Cons

      No communication, flip flop on decisions in a heartbeat. Lots of really really two faced people who you should not trust especially in Mid and Upper Management. You can rely on no one, everyone out for themselves.

      Multiple projects in one week means constant travel to other countries Not in a country long enough to get some sleep Management and HR ignore requests
