      Pros

      - chance of growth if you're in the right team and friends with the right people. - pay does increase yearly. - good location of HQ with parking etc.

      Cons

      - bro culture and bullying. - management turning a blind eye to inappropriate behaviours, if convenient to do so. - very odd jokes and conversations around the office, nevermind the gossiping. - adults that act like children and get away with it because they're big personalities.
