Decent pay, though it varies wildly based on person not title

Pros

The pay can be great if you negotiate. There are employees who took the base and are $10k below others with the same position. Work can be pretty stress-free as long as you hit your goals

Cons

Travel away from is far more often than promised in interview. I was told 30% in the interview, but it's about 70%, Though they do fly you back. Per diem is comically low for the industry
