      Exposed to various situations and learning as you. However, don’t expect any support from the leadership.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, boys club, no extra pay for working long hours, no recognition and no reward. Lack of communication and unfriendly environment. No fun and they don’t promote mental health. They want you to work hard and that’s it.
