Pros

Even though EOS providing solutions and has a few employees, they are pretty good and very helping. They are friendly and happy to help you anytime if you have a problem. The exact team is depending on which project you are handling. Workplace culture will be different for different team.

Cons

The package does not include bonus, AWS. Increment also not that attractive. Negotiating your Basic is depending on your project. And also , the health coverage, very basic.
