Pros
Good colleagues, everybody technology focused, immediate management is not pushy, most of those folks were / are Developers themselves. Good trainings. Everybody is helpful.
Cons
As in every big tech company, the well being is HIGHLY dependent on the project you managed to land on. There are some pretty toxic places, and once you were sold to that project, changing it is very tricky (even though they say it is easy).
